Mrs. Paup was very upset today. Not crying upset…but maybe she cried later…she was sad upset. David broke the globe. He sat on it. Yup, that was not smart. It broke, even the metal part. Mrs. Paup said she hoped we learned a lesson. I did learn a lesson. Do not sit on globes.

Man, I am good at math!
Today the Junior Achievement lady came. We did a paper on buying a present. It was pretend. I thought we might actually get a present for 100%. But, no.
Does this say rooster? Is it the Chinese word for rooster? What word is it. Cock. Cock is another word for rooster then. I am a cock, cock, cock!

Good day today Mommy. We did normal school stuff, but it turned out to be a good day for some reason.
Whenever you really like something or think something is really good you will say it is 100%.
Today we had a ‘date.’ We basically just ran errands, but while at one store we tried on sunglasses. We were both giggling, laughing, and absolutely oblivious to anyone around. When we got home you said you gave our day together 100%. I gave it 100% too Clark. Love you, Mommy
We got to play instruments in Music class today. Made it a little less awful.
We had a substitute today. She didn’t do things right. We didn’t have play stations…it was do whatever you want time. And, she didn’t give out tickets or fuzzies.
Mommy are those two birds making babies or pooping?
Overheard while you were playing with your action figures:
But sir, I am too young to fight.

I got new anchor words. I knew them all. Yup. Going to be an easy week this week.
If good day was on one side and bad day on the other side…I am closer to the bad side. It was not a good day.
Martin Luther King Jr. was a good man. He got shot because somebody didn’t like him. He changed a lot of rules to make them fair. Before Mr. King people couldn’t be together and be nice to each other. It was a bad world then.
Mommy you are not a good teacher. You should stick to taking pictures and working on the computer. Sorry. It is true.
Buying lunch today. Mac and cheese. Should be FANTASTIC!
Today we learned about a guy. A dead guy. He died a long, long time ago. He has a really long name with King in it. Not King Tut though. He is having a birthday even though he is dead. Do you know who I am talking about?
At the library today all the kids wanted the Scooby book. Alex got it. There is only one. I didn’t want it. I like to pick the rare books that don’t usually get picked. They need to be read too I think.
Clark: Madison is allergic to peanut butter.
Me: Is that why you didn’t want peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in your lunch?
Clark: Yes, it would make her sick.
Cheese sandwiches also mean Clark can now sit with Madison at lunch at the nut-free table. My son is smooth.
So, I had to explain about the mitten we made. I said about the Korea flag first. I said, I have this Korea flag because I was born in Korea. Kids said ‘Wow” and Madison gave me big eyes. She told me at daycare that her dad is Korean too. That is pretty cool I think. I also told about the hieroglyphics and I have a hole in my shoe. I didn’t say that during my talk but I...

Clark: Mmmhmm, I am stuffing the taco.
Me: What are you doing?
Clark: I call putting on my underpants, stuffing the taco.
I want to give Madison a gift for Christmas. I will give her a card too with Madison and a star on it. Mommy, I have been thinking I would like to kiss Madison.
Following this comment you and I had a nice talk about not kissing girls (besides mommy) until you are at least 30. :)
It snowed while we were at school today, but not too much. All the kids were like “whooo hooo” when we saw the snow. Were you like whooo hooo at your work too mommy?
me: What should I put on your web page today Clark?
Joe: Glad tumblr is back
Clark: yeah, that
At RIF day you got to pick any book. There were 3 tables. An easy table, like with baby books that I could read in like 1 second. A medium table and a hard table. I picked one from the medium table. Turns out I like RIF day even though I don’t know who RIF is.
We dinged our glasses and got Priscilla and Rob to kiss!!! They aren’t even married yet.
I had an assembly today. It was good. I saw a humongous snake and a really, really big turtle. The big kids were there to. It was not in the lunch room…thank goodness…it was in the place where we had the feast. I also touched a snake skin. Don’t freak out, I have touched them lots of times.

First ever parent conference today. It was great to hear your teacher talk about you and what you do in her class. She said you are very popular with the other students and have impressed several kids with your ability to do origami. You are also excelling at math. I am so proud of you Clark. Love, Mommy
Daddy and I stopped at Target while you were at yoga. We got you a present. It is a surprise. All I can tell you is that I picked it out cause I am good at picking things you like. And, it is cream. No more hints. That is all I can tell you.
Hahaha…I didn’t ask you to tell me anything, but love how excited you are that you bought me something.
We had the fall walk today and it was awesome. We rode the bus which was the best part. I sat with Madison. We tried to sit together on the way back too but it didn’t work out. At the place I got to see a skeleton leaf. I of course loved it because I like all things skeleton.
